Pricing is not a game.

Some of our competitors may think it is, but we certainly don't. We respect our customers way too much to waste their time with fake negotiations, misleading sales practices and deceptive pricing shenanigans. So for the record, we will never write a discount on the back of a business card, offer a false refund or sell old stock at a 'today only' price. Instead, we choose to offer our customers the best price without the games and use the bulk of our time together having an open, honest discussion about the products that will best fit their lifestyle. To us, that just seems like the right way to do business.


We want you to shop with confidence and always rest assured, PIRCH has the best prices, guaranteed. So in the spirit of transparency (which is ingrained in our culture), please allow us to pull the curtain back on how pricing varies industry-wide and, more specifically, how it's done at PIRCH.


Starting at price

For the brands we carry, product features and finishes have such a large variance that we have chosen to show a ‘starting at’ price based on brand and category (i.e. Bosch dishwasher). PIRCH will post a ‘starting at price’ for the base model we offer and, when possible, a maximum price that can be reached with a ‘fully loaded’ model. No matter what model or options you choose, PIRCH will always offer you the best price, guaranteed. Please note, our base model is not always the most ‘basic’ model you can find. Unlike many retailers, we only offer models we feel deliver the performance and results our customers demand and deserve.



UMRP stands for unilateral minimum retail price. Many of our brand partners set the lowest possible price that any retailer (including online or brick and mortar) can sell their product for. Federal and state law actually allows manufacturers to set retail prices and terminates their relationships with retailers who don’t follow them. Some retailers choose to create promotions showing a discount between the list price and UMRP to create the perception of a 'deal.' At PIRCH, we always offer the rock-bottom allowable price from the start, without the games.

Miele, Gaggenau, Thermador, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Bertazonni, Jenn-Air, GE Monogram, Asko, AGA, Fisher Paykel, Bosch Benchmark, Dacor, Lynx, Kalamazzo, Perlick, La Cornue, Marvel, Vent-A-Hood, to name just a few.


Price not available

Two situations where you might not be able to see a price

  1. No-advertised price online: Some of our brand partners have chosen not to allow any retailer to publish a price for their products online. This allows the brand to focus on the quality and features of their product, rather than price. If you don't see a price you can contact your local PIRCH showroom or stop by and we will be happy to provide you a price for the product you are interested in.
  2. Custom-built: Some of the brands we offer are completely customized to individual specifications, such as La Cornue. With these brand partners it is necessary to speak with one of our PIRCH advisors who will walk you through the customization process and then provide you with the lowest possible price.


Market price

Most commonly used in plumbing, PIRCH will show market prices on products. Prices are highly variable based on finish and other customizations. Prices change frequently, and if you happen to find a lower price from an authorized reseller, PIRCH will always match their price.
