La Cornue

The La Cornue’s story is a tale of a zealous family business passed down from generation to generation. Albert Dupuy started the company in 1908 in Paris when he invented the natural gas oven. His son, Andre Dupuy, succeeded Albert and not only made the La Cornue’s design better, but focused on making the product state of the art. In 1985, Andres’s son, Xavier, took over the business and made the company what it is today – an international corporation that continues to rise to the challenges of new technologies and is one of the best in its class. Julia Child cooked on La Cornue ranges when she lived in Paris and became one of La Cornue’s greatest ambassadors. Her Range is still working today, which is a testament to the quality and noble heritage of these heirloom ranges. When we think of La Cornue, we envision beautiful and exquisite craftsmanship. La Cornue ranges are a true showstopper in our showrooms and a constant “Wish List” item for foodies and interior designers alike.

La Cornue Spotlight

Each La Cornue range is crafted by hand and assembled by a small team of specialists who pour hours into ensuring that each piece is functionally and aesthetically perfect.

A combination of the latest in heat and temperature control technology and the time-tested craftsmanship that have made them a household name, La Cornue ranges will change the way you look at cooking.

La Cornue ranges are exported to over 250 retailers in 40 countries. With such a broad reach, it’s impressive that the brand has been able to maintain its commitment to remaining a craft manufacturer.

CornuFé

La Cornue’s CornuFé series celebrates the vibrancy and color of french culture. The series’ ranges feature 12 bright, colorful finishes and three trims and come in gas burner or ceramic glass induction range top options.

The CornuFé 110, a 43-inch range, features two electric convection ovens and a large storage drawer. Available in eight classic colors and stainless steel, satin chrome, or brass trims; and the option of choosing a model with five powerful brass gas burners or one with a five-zone induction range top constructed of durable, easy-to-clean ceramic glass, and one large storage drawer.

Designed specifically for the US market, the CornuFé 90 Albertine range is available in eight colors and three stainless steel, brass, or chrome trims and contains one large multi-function convection oven, seven unique cooking modes, and one large storage drawer.

Chateau

The Chateau series celebrates the refinement and timeless style of French cultural and culinary history. This made-to-order line has notes of opulence, history, and a performance that sets it apart from anything else available on the market.

The Grand Palais 180 commands respect and admiration in any kitchen it inhabits. Almost six feet in length, the range features two vaulted ovens, one gas and one electric, both of which are set below one of seven possible range top configurations.

Rôtisserie

With a striking focal wall against which you can watch meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables be baked slowly to moist perfection, the Flamberge Rôtisserie provides as much visual engagement as it does culinary perfection.

Crafted from cast iron and steel, the Flamberge Rôtisserie provides a stunning aesthetic and commercial performance. With a Maison La Cornue tray included, you can easily—and stylishly—collect all juices your food produces, begging to be turned into a delicious sauce or marinade for accompanying dishes.

The Flamberge Rôtisserie is compact and flueless, making it easy to incorporate the 30-inch rôtisserie into any cooking space.

If you’re looking for extra storage space, La Cornue’s special cabinet option can hold the Flamberge Rôtisserie—even while hot—to offer an esthetically pleasing storage option.
